A range of additional services complements our core colocation, connectivity, and managed services portfolio. These solutions are designed to provide greater visibility, operational efficiency, and convenience for our customers.

One of the key components of our offering is Active Vision, our advanced infrastructure monitoring and reporting platform. Active Vision provides deep insights into data center operations, enabling customers to visualize and monitor their infrastructure, including rack-level information, environmental metrics, power utilization, and other critical operational data. This transparency helps customers make informed decisions and maintain full visibility of their deployments.

Our customer portal is a modern, API-first platform that provides a single point of access for managing infrastructure and services across all Portus locations. Customers can manage racks, inventory, cross-connects, power and energy consumption, support tickets, site access, and billing through an intuitive interface or directly through our comprehensive APIs. By enabling seamless integration with customers’ own systems and workflows, our platform reduces administrative overhead and streamlines day-to-day operations.

To support equipment deployments and lifecycle management, we also offer comprehensive logistics services. Our teams coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to and from all Portus facilities, ensuring equipment is received, handled, stored, and dispatched securely. The sites staffed around the clock, deliveries and collections can be accommodated 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing maximum flexibility for customers and their suppliers.

Together, these services help simplify infrastructure management, improve operational visibility, and enable customers to focus on their core business objectives.

Customer has the choice of different types of reporting for their infrastructure services from accessing reports for e.g. Energy consumption or bandwidth usage (Customer Portal) to a full graphical monthly report (Active Vision)
API-First Customer Portal to order and check colocation services, inventory management, cross connect and pre-cabling orders and overview, access to invoices and statistics, colo access requests and many more features. Customers will soon be provided with API access to streamline and integrate e.g. cross connect orders into their own systems with our Machine-to-Machine interface. As an option, customer portal can provide access to performance data and infrastructure status information.
