Adriaan Oosthoek
Chairman – Portus Data Centers
Having spent the past 20+ years in senior management roles in the data center industry, Adriaan has a deep understanding of colocation and wholesale data center businesses as well as significant knowledge of the European data center markets. He was also Chairman of the Board of Governors for 8 years at the Data Center Alliance industry association until 2019. During 2016-2022 Adriaan was Senior Vice President of Operations, Construction and IT at Interxion with responsibility for its 60 data centers located across 13 European countries and 15 cities. This included overseeing the successful transition of the company’s operations following its acquisition by Digital Reality in 2020. Previously, Adriaan’s career has included positions as Executive Vice President of Data Center Services at Colt Technology Services, UK&I Managing Director at Telecity Group UK, and Managing Director Netherlands at Redbus Interhouse.
Prior to this, he was a founder of the Dutch subsidiary of Teles, a European provider of IT services, and held a number of senior roles with responsibility for managing several regional markets throughout Europe. Adriaan has also held senior positions at Racal Datacom. Adriaan has a bachelor’s degree in business information sciences. He studied at the Business School for Economics in The Hague and holds marketing certificates NIMA A and NIMA B.
David Celis
CEO – Portus Data Centers Luxembourg
Results-driven technology “geek” with over 27 years of industry experience in the ICT sector, David has successfully led and grew various businesses, including prominent enterprises such as LuxGSM and Post Telecom, in which he held various management positions over the years.
As CEO, he has guided Portus Data Centers Luxembourg (formerly known as EDH) to unprecedented growth year after year and his unwavering commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction have strengthened the company’s position as a leader in the data center market.
Sascha E. pollok
CEO – IPHH Internet Port Hamburg
As a CEO at IPHH, Sascha is responsible for strategy and daily operations. But his real passion is building and operating IPHH’s own interconnection data centers and services with the help of a highly skilled and motivated team. He has been working in the ISP sector for more than 25 years now.
Sascha is one of the founders of the DENOG meetings (German Network Operators Group) in Germany. Based in Hamburg, he is involved with the German ISP community and a regular attendee at NOG and RIPE meetings.
Marco Kain
Managing Director – Portus Data Centers Munich
Marco Kain is a proven business leader with 25 years in the IT industry and strong expertise in sales and project management at international companies.
Most recently, he was responsible for the National Channel Partner Business in Germany at security manufacturer Sophos.
